Currently we can change the release date of an entire series but not episodes individually (unless I didn't understand how to do it?).

With animes, Plex uses TVDB release date which is Japan TV air date. The issue is: it doesn't match release date on streaming services.

However AniDB has the correct release date for every episode, so it could be great to have the correct data.

EDIT: As an addition to this, it could be great if the date takes the timezone into account.

For example "May I Ask For One Final Thing?" released on Fridays in France, but AniDB says it released on Saturdays due to timezone.

I don't know if AniDB has a release hour but MyAnimeList does.

Anyways it's just a minor thing to be extra accurate, having this feature even without the timezone fix would be awesome.
