Add the ability to point PMM to a folder containing prerolls instead of having to list all prerolls within the folder as a string.

Plex does not work this way. I know Jellyfin can use a folder, Plex doesn’t. All PMM does is input the files paths into the Plex pre-roll text box.

PMM doesn't [necessarily] have access to the Plex server's filesystem, so there's no way for it to access such a folder or enumerate its contents.
